Success Coach and Design Terms and Conditions
COACHING:
The service provided to the CLIENT by the COACH is coaching, as designed jointly with the CLIENT. Payment is due prior to the first coaching appointment and no refund is available on any of the services paid.
The CLIENT understands that the program is not financial or legal advice, psychotherapy or counseling. The CLIENT enters into coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
Throughout our partnership, the COACH will engage in very direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT, which will include asking explicit questions and making direct requests.
The purpose of these interactions is to remind the CLIENT of his/her own intentions and coach him/her to realize them. In order for our partnership to achieve the maximum result, the COACH asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:
Please make all appointments and calls on time. Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that our sessions are a safe place to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.
Coaching calls/facilitation and Q&A sessions may involve group participation and will be recorded at the discretion of the COACH. By participating in the session, you consent to being recorded and having the recordings shared by the COACH. The recordings may not be copied, shared or distributed by the CLIENT. If you wish to remain anonymous, please discuss this with the COACH.
Make a commitment to completing all your assignments and to the action plans you create and do what you have agreed to do.
Understand that the power of the coach and design partnership can only be granted by you and commit to making the relationship powerful. If you see that the coach and design is not working as you desire, communicate and take action to return the power to the partnership.
DESIGN:
Coaching and design program fees are collected prior to beginning of the program. All funds will be deemed earned by the COACH AND DESIGNER as soon as they are received by the CLIENT.
There is a 3-day window to request a refund. After that, there are no refunds on digital products and services, unless there are unforeseen circumstances. The company, Life Elevated, will review the case and notify you once a decision has been made.
I agree to receive all forms of communication including email, phone, text, print and web from the Life Elevated company. I understand that the communication may not be secure or completely confidential.
All program material is copyrighted to Rebekah Shipp and Life Elevated respectively. This includes any bonus materials. The material is for your individual use, for the specified duration.
